Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outsourcing Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our manpower outsourcing services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of outsourcing solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients. Generate leads and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their manpower needs and offering tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the outsourcing industry.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of outsourcing manpower.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients post-service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Language Requirement: The candidate must be proficient in both Hindi and English, as communication with clients and internal teams will require fluency in both languages
- Driving License: Having a valid driving license is a plus, as the role may require travel to client sites or meetings.
